Ordering & Shipping Information
Please review your order details and billing/shipping information carefully at checkout when placing your order!
If an error is made when placing an online order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the error or cancel the order before the order ships. If the error is caught right away, we will do everything within our ability to help fix the mistake for you. If the order has moved too far along and we are no longer able fix the error, we will do our best to find alternate solutions, but we may sadly no longer be able to assist with cancellations or corrections of order errors.

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal or Venmo at this time.
Shipping Fees
Packages travel from our facilities to your home through third party shippers/carries, such as the UPS, DHL, USPS. Their services do come with a charge.
For orders with a subtotal under $75: A third party shipping partner (ex. UPS, FedEx, DHL) transports the order items from us to you. For orders with a subtotal under $75, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. (The subtotal is the cost of all products, before tax and shipping, or the cost of all memberships, before tax and after applying any other discounts.)
For orders with a subtotal over $75, we will provide a promo code for you to use at check out for free shipping on your order. (The subtotal is the cost of all products, before tax and shipping, or the cost of all memberships, before tax and after applying any other discounts.)
Estimated Delivery Time Frame
The estimated delivery time (EDT) is only an estimate, and it is not a guarantee. Please wait a little longer if your EDT runs out. Contact us via email if 7 days have passed without movement on your tracking, and we will investigate it.
Note: The Estimated Delivery Date is ultimately determined by the third party shipper. While it is in their best interest as a business to get the package to you as quickly as possible, they are sometimes subject to circumstances beyond their control which may delay the original estimated delivery date, such as inclement weather, seasonal fluctuations in packages being received/delivered, traffic/shipping incidents, etc.
The shippers sometimes partner to get the package to you. There could be different legs of the journey that are handled by different shippers. For example, the package may be handled initially by the UPS, but the final leg of the journey to your home may be through the USPS. In this case, your original Estimated Delivery Date may reflect when the UPS expected to get your package to the USPS, but there is still the last part of the run to get the package to you. Because of this, your Estimate Delivery Date may adjust or the delivery may be later than originally expected. Please check all tracking numbers associated with your order to stay aware of your parcels progress.
Restocking Fees
We don’t charge a restocking fee for returning an item. However, depending on the reason that a you are returning an item, you, the customer may be responsible for return shipping of the item(s) back, return shipping fees, and packaging the return for shipping. (For additional information regarding returns, please visit our Returns and Replacements page by following the link located in the footer on any of the website’s pages.)
Express Shipping
We do not offer express, rush, next day, or expedited shipping, currently. We apologize.
International shipping
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the United States of America. We may explore offering international orders in the future though.
Promotions, Coupons, Promo Codes
We do occasionally offer sales or other promotions for a limited time period. In the interest of transparency, and for the fairness of all of our valued customers, most sales, promotions, promo codes, and discounts will available on the Rooted and Thriving Homestead website or our social media accounts. If you no longer see a previously offered promotion, the promotion is no longer available. We apologize.
We may offer special discounts to customers who sign up for our emails and newsletters or to customers who are subscribers to our products. Those offers may be exclusive to those customers on our email/newsletter/subscriber lists and may not be available to customers who are not part of the mailing lists or subscriber lists. Therefore, those special offers may not be available to all customers on the website.
Note: To be fair to all our customers, we do not provide discounts or promo codes outside of any current offers that would be clearly listed on the website. The only exceptions is for those previously mentioned special offers for our customers on our email/newsletter/subscriber lists. Thank you for your understanding!

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to cancel the order. We will make every effort to cancel the order right away, but we are unable to cancel or change orders that have moved along too far into fulfillment, are en route to delivery, or have been delivered.
If the status of the order is such that it cannot be cancelled at the time the request to cancel is submitted by the customer, we may not be able to cancel the order. If such a case shall arise where the order is in a status that cannot be cancelled, the customer can contact us within thirty (30) days after the order is delivered to them to discuss a return of the undamaged, fully packaged product for refund. The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, dropping the return off for return shipping, and shipping packaging.
With respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services or products, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
