Prices for our products and services are listed on the website in the store page. We reserve the right to change our prices for products as needed at any time, and we maintain the right to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Because prices are subject to change, temporary reductions or permanent increases may occur.
Right to change offerings
As owner and operator of the website, we retain the right, without prior notice, to make changes to service or products; stop offering products or providing services or features of services; or set/change limitations or limits for services or products we offer. Likewise, we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to services or products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Refunds and Return policy
Undamaged items with the original receipt can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date the item shows as delivered to your home. The order confirmation serves as an original receipt. A claim for a return or replacement can be submitted within the 30-day return window, and we will replace it or offer a refund based on the original payment method used on the order. Please review our Returns and Replacements page by following the link located in the footer on any of our webpages for detailed instructions on how to submit the claim.
Please note: If you are returning the item for refund or replacement, depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the return shipping, return shipping fees, and packaging of the product. Original packaging is preferred but not required. We do require the item be returned in good condition.
Please note: We reserve the right to require the original item be returned prior to the refund being issued or the replacement item being released.
Please note: If you are returning the item due to damage or a quality issue, then returns are not required, but we do require the issue to be reported. Images must be provided when reporting quality issues or damaged items. When reporting an issue with your order, please include photos that clearly show the issue. For information on how to submit a claim for a return or replacement, please review the return procedures on our Returns and Replacements page by following the link found in the footer on any page of our website.
Warranties
Limited warranty. If the product is delivered to you damaged or defective, we will consider quality issues for up to thirty (30) days from the date the item is delivered to your home. This limited warranty applies only to the customer, and the limited warranty coverage terminates if the customer sells or otherwise transfers the product.
The Limited Warranty does not cover damage to or defect in a product caused by any of the following:
you, the purchaser, or third parties;
improper handling, use or storage of the product;
failure to follow any product care or use instructions;
any modifications or unauthorized repairs made to the product;
any damage caused by external forces such as accidents, fire, floods, “acts of God,” or other events beyond reasonable control;
any costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a damaged or defective product that was purchased directly from us, we will, in our sole discretion, replace the product (or the damaged or defective part of the product) free of charge. We will cover the cost of shipment for the return or replacement. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable timeframe, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the products purchase price and any corresponding shipping fees upon prompt return of the product to us. If the customer does not want a replacement, they may request a full refund of the price of the product and any associated shipping fees, which will be issued upon prompt return of the product to us.
Note: This limited warranty does not cover items purchased through a third party, size exchanges, order errors made by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
Additionally, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images or descriptions of items are 100% accurate of the product and some size may vary slightly. This limited Warranty does not cover such matters.
How to obtain the limited warranty services? Please inspect your order promptly following delivery. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item, please review the information within our return policy and submit a claim within the thirty (30) day return window.
Discounts/Promotions/Partial Refunds
Sales/discounts/promotions. We do occasionally offer sales or other promotions. Current sales promotions will be clearly indicated on the website’s store page. If a customer no longer sees a previously offered promotion, the promotion is no longer offered. We apologize.
We may offer special discounts to customers who sign up for our emails and newsletters or to customers who are subscribers to our products. Those offers may be exclusive to those customers on our email/newsletter/subscriber lists and may not be available to customers who are not part of the mailing lists or subscriber lists. Therefore, those special offers may not be available on the website or be accessible to all customers.
Note: To be fair to all our customers, we do not provide discounts or promo codes outside of any current offers that would be clearly listed on the website. The only exceptions is for those previously mentioned special offers for our customers on our email/newsletter/subscriber lists.

Price Adjustments. Current sales promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases. However, we will assist with applying the sales promotion to orders that have not yet been delivered. If you reach out to request a price adjustment for an item that has already been delivered, we will consider applying a price adjustment to items that are still within the 30-day return window. Any order that has been delivered more than 30 days prior to the customer requesting the price adjustment are no longer eligible. We apologize. (Please see our return policy by following the Returns and Replacements link located within the footer of any page on our website for more detailed information regarding the thirty (30) day return window).
Keep as is discount/partial refunds. We may consider a keep as is discount for minor blemishes. An image showing the alleged blemish is required in order for us to make the determination. The keep as is discount will not be more than 10% of the item’s price before taxes and shipping (meaning, the discount is applied off the cost of the item itself only, and it is off the amount you paid for the item on the order). By accepting the keep as is discount, the customer acknowledges that the item is now final sale and not eligible for future returns or additional discounts.
Note: We do not offer more than a 10% discount for keep as is refunds, but the discount offer may be less than 10% the item’s price. To be fair to all our customers, we adhere firmly to this set amount. If an item is considered damaged to the point that the customer is requesting a larger percent discount, we would rather the customer return the item for refund or for a replacement of an unblemished item. We want to provide customers with products they can feel proud to own.
Disclaimer! We internally keep track of all refunds, returns, keep as is discounts, partial refunds, lost in transit order claims, etc. If we notice any particular household/billing or shipping address/name/contact information with an excessive numbers of refunds, returns, keep as is discounts, partial refunds, lost in transit claims, etc., we reserve the right to refuse them any further discounts, returns, replacement, refunds, or partial refunds if we deem our services are being taken advantage of or misused. If we notice a pattern of fraudulent activity or carelessness with order placement, care of items, or receipt of orders on the customer’s part, we also reserve the right to refuse future sales or services to the particular household/billing or shipping address/name/contact information who may be abusing our services.
Any price adjustments/Keep as Is discounts/partial refunds/sales promotions/discounts/promo codes are made at our discretion as an exception or sales perk to the customer or as a means to correct a service failure on our part, and we reserve the right to refuse to offer a price adjustments/Keep as Is discounts/partial refunds on an individual case by case basis for any reason. We also reserve the right to change/modify/make corrections to any sales promotions/discounts/promo codes that we offer on our website, social media, or via newsletters or emails at any time as needed.
Ownership of Intellectual property, copyrights, and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, designs, animations, audio files, illustrations, compositions, artwork, and literary works, are the exclusive property of Rooted and Thriving Homestead, LLC, unless otherwise specified in the products information. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to see, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.

Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate, close, cancel, or suspend your access to services, customer accounts, subscriptions, or orders without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
Any customer may discontinue use and request to cancel your account, order, and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services or products, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment. We are unable to cancel or change orders that have moved along too far into fulfillment, are en route to delivery, or have been delivered. If the status of the order is such that it cannot be cancelled at the time the request to cancel is submitted by the customer, we may not be able to cancel the order. If such a case shall arise, the customer may contact us within thirty (30) days after the order is delivered to them to discuss a return of the undamaged, fully packaged product for refund. The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
